Leadership workshops that leave the theory behind

Most leadership training fades within a week. Ours sticks because we build it around the real problems your team already faces — not hypothetical case studies from a textbook.

Four stages, zero fluff

Every engagement follows a clear arc designed to embed new habits, not just new ideas. Here is how we move from diagnosis to lasting change.

01

Diagnosis call

We spend 45 minutes understanding your organisation's friction points — where communication breaks down, where decisions stall, and where potential leaders stay invisible. This shapes everything that follows.

02

Custom design

Our facilitators build a workshop blueprint around your real scenarios. We use your actual project timelines, team structures and stakeholder maps so every exercise feels immediately relevant.

03

Live workshop

Intensive, facilitated sessions — typically one or two days — where participants practise difficult conversations, strategic prioritisation and decision-making under pressure with live feedback loops.

04

Follow-through

Thirty days after the workshop, each participant receives a one-to-one coaching call to troubleshoot real-world application. We also send the team a concise playbook summarising their commitments.

Three ways to work with us

Whether you need a focused half-day sprint or a deep multi-day immersion, we have a format that fits your calendar and ambition.

Small team brainstorming around a whiteboard with sticky notes

Half-day intensive

A sharp, four-hour session focused on a single leadership challenge — conflict resolution, delegation or stakeholder influence. Ideal for intact teams of six to twelve people who need targeted skill-building without pulling everyone away for a full day.

From £1,200 per session

Full-day deep dive

Eight hours of structured practice covering strategic thinking, emotional intelligence and courageous feedback. Includes pre-work assessments and a post-session action plan. Best suited for emerging leaders stepping into their first management roles.

From £2,400 per session

Two-day residential

Our most transformative offering. Held at a countryside venue in Wales, this retreat blends facilitated sessions with reflective outdoor exercises. Participants leave with a personal leadership charter and an accountability partner from the cohort.

Before you book

We know investing in leadership development is a significant decision. Here are honest answers to the questions we hear most often.

Our facilitators are former senior leaders from sectors including healthcare, technology, finance and the public sector. Each holds a coaching qualification accredited by the International Coaching Federation and has at least ten years of leadership experience. We never use junior trainers reading from slides.

We recommend four to six weeks lead time for half-day and full-day workshops. Residential retreats typically require eight weeks to allow for venue booking and pre-work distribution. If you have an urgent need, reach out anyway — we occasionally have availability sooner.

Yes. Our half-day and full-day formats work well over video conferencing. We use breakout rooms, digital whiteboards and real-time polling to keep engagement high. Virtual sessions are capped at ten participants to ensure meaningful interaction. The residential retreat, however, is in-person only.

Leadership challenges are remarkably consistent across sectors. We have delivered workshops for NHS trusts, fintech start-ups, local councils, engineering firms and national charities. The common thread is organisations that recognise leadership as a learnable skill, not an innate trait.

All prices include the diagnosis call, custom workshop design, facilitation, printed materials, a digital playbook and the 30-day follow-up coaching call for each participant. Travel within Wales is included; travel to other UK locations is quoted separately. The residential price also covers accommodation, meals and the venue.

Absolutely. Many clients start with a single workshop and then move into a quarterly leadership development series. These programmes build progressively, layering new skills each quarter while reinforcing previous ones. We also offer individual executive coaching packages for senior leaders who want dedicated support.

Leadership gaps do not fix themselves. The longer a team operates without clear direction, the harder it becomes to rebuild trust and momentum. A single conversation with us can clarify whether a workshop is the right investment — no obligation, no sales pressure.
